Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, is a prominent AV-rated law firm based in Howard County, Maryland, and is looking for an experienced attorney for its Real Estate Practice Group.  The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner, and will possess the following skills and experience:

·         Five or more years of law firm or other private sector experience.

·         Experience in commercial real estate matters (including acquisitions, finance, leasing and development); experience in business and transactional matters a plus.

·         Excellent drafting skills, particularly with respect to contracts and correspondence.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to handle complex commercial negotiations on behalf of clients.

·         Must be a member of the Maryland Bar (Virginia, D.C., and other Mid-Atlantic states a plus).
