At Day Violins, we are fierce promoters of music and music education. We value the skills of our private teachers and ensure that they, and the consumer (students and parents) are pleased with the progress being made on a regular basis. Our private instructors specialize in one or more instruments, work one on one with the student to develop their instrumental technique, audition and performance ability. Each instructor also works with the parent/guardian to maintain an open communication with each other. Under the supervision of the Education and Lesson Coordinator the private lesson instructor would be responsible for individual and group instruction, working with all levels of ability. Day Violins is currently looking for violin, viola, cello, bass and piano teachers. These positions are currently part-time during the week and on Saturdays, with the opportunity to become full-time. Day Violins is closed on Sundays. Please send a resume to lessons@dayviolins.com.
