Job Description

The Accident Guys are currently hiring multiple Case Managers to join our Personal Injury department in the Mid-Wilshire Area! No experience necessary but Personal Injury knowledge preferred, as we prefer to train all of our staff to make sure our clients are getting the best service possible.

The ideal candidate will have strong grammar skills, a positive attitude, is a team player and most importantly wants to help people who have been injured in an accident.

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $23.00/hour, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Superior customer service skills

Communicate with clients regularly regarding their case

Assist clients with scheduling medical treatment

Assist clients with getting their vehicle repaired

You will be responsible for managing 100 plus cases at a time

Strong grammar skills

Knowledge of Personal Injury Preferred
