Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership, drive growth plans and oversee the entire school administration.
Ensure that our mission, vision, and values are consistently applied and upheld.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives, academic plans, and policies.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Engage with parents, students, staff, and the broader community to foster a positive school environment.
Ensure compliance with academic recognition standards in Illinois.
Collaborate with faculty for curriculum development and continuous improvement.
Oversee staff professional growth and maintain high instructional standards.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree, ideally in Education.
Minimum of seven years in a leadership role within an educational setting.
Familiarity with the IB curriculum and a deep understanding of Christian education.
Proven track record in strategic planning, team management, and academic program development.
