Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership with our clients before they begin their space search through programming and then providing test fit floor plans
• Design development and construction documents for their new space
• Will manage projects through all phases from putting together the project’s letter of agreement to punch-walking the project space

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited university
• NCIDQ Certified
• 8+ years minimum experience in commercial interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, including experience producing construction documents in Revit
• Knowledge of commercial building and accessibility codes
• Manages Projects and Special Studio Projects
• Responsible for Team Deliverables
