Responsibilities

• Creating and validating design concepts through to detailed interface design mocks and prototypes.
• Create innovative visual design solutions to UI and Interaction challenges with modern design standards and brand fidelity
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design libraries, patterns and design documentation.
• Effectively explore and communicate design ideas in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to articulate design vision and rationale to stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to create accessible designs.
• Ensure that the design vision is executed correctly during development process.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a designer focused on digital product.
• Design experience on both web and native mobile app platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to use research, brand guidelines, and business objectives to create engaging experiences.
• A strong understanding of visual design principles, current industry standards, and design trends.
• Demonstrated ability to work with, and influence, key stakeholders to determine business strategy in digital channels, and to develop and execute big ideas while maintaining collaborative working relationships.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with designing and prototyping with tools, including Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
