DBI is recruiting for a highly creative, experienced Senior Project Manager/Designer Architect to work with our client in downtown San Francisco.The ideal candidate will bring very strong creative skills to the built environment. Being a creative’s creative is a huge benefit in this role.

This candidate will bring deep understanding of project management and design in Corporate Interiors.Leveraging this strong Corporate/Commercial background, the right candidate will oversee projects in the city, ideate and create to provide solutions to the client and manage the client relationship.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 10+ years of architectural experience with a minimum BS or BA in Architecture or Interior Design required
• Experience in interior architectural corporate design required
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects within the Bay Area and beyond for national clients
• Revit and AutoCAD proficient, plus skilled at Excel, Word, Photoshop etc.
• Technically oriented
• Registrations not required
• Strong skills in both project design and management
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documentation
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage staff required for multiple projects
