    Senior Project Manager

    They are hiring a Senior Project Manager with approximately 12-20 years of experience with affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, community buildings, and other mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for detailing, a high level of technical expertise, and the desire and ability to mentor younger architects to help advance project-specific design efforts.

    Required Skills + Experience

    • Autodesk Revit Expertise
    • Microsoft Office + Project
    • Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
    • Developing design options for client review
    • Experience with design review process
    • Experience with construction contract administration
    • Active membership in local/national professional, or community-based organization(s)
    • Rhino and/or Sketchup for design studies
    • LEED, Living Building Challenge, or Passive House accreditation



    Specific Responsibilities

    • Strategic and high-level project delivery and document improvements
    • Manage and maintain drawing, graphics, BIM standards and template
    • Manage and maintain ongoing improvements to Revit families
    • Streamline and increase the effectiveness of the design process
    • Coordinate and collaborate with, and mentor staff (laddered mentoring with peers and principals)
    • Continue to develop technical expertise (envelope, constructability, materials & finishes, tectonics), while sharing with all staff.
    • Work closely with the Leadership Team on comprehensive improvements to project delivery process.
