You’ll be responsible for designing extraordinary, high-performing, interactive brand experiences on the company website, new interactive experiences in close collaboration with our web operations team.
Use analytics, user testing and learnings from past projects to inform new design projects with qualitative and quantitative data.
Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders to create concepts that will meet their goals and expectations.
Work with web developers throughout the build and launch and be responsible for maintaining a high standard for our digital touch points, from concept to execution.
Experience:
Strong portfolio of interactive work, demonstrating creative brilliance.
Experience as a creative lead and guiding less experienced designers.
Strong communication skills; ability to listen, present, and communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively
Strategic and conceptual thinking
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Capable of working on simultaneous projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail, in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Manage projects with external freelancers and agencies, leading to a successful, on-budget outcome.
Clear understanding of the competitive landscape and best practices across B2B tech brands.
Deep knowledge and POV on information architecture, usability, accessibility, and UI/UX design best practices.
