Job Role- CATIA Design Engineer

Job Location- Fort Worth, Texas

Job Description

· Design parts and fixtures for aerospace components using CATIA V5.

· Produce detailed engineering drawings to define designs.

· Work as part of an integrated project team to ensure customers’ requirements are met.

· Experience with Interpreting and Reviewing Analysis Data/Reports

· Good communication, report writing and presentation skills.

· Ability to work within a small team with a willingness to learn.

· Proficient with engineering design and analysis tools (e.g. computer-aided design or modeling systems); ability to use standard software packages.

· Ability to work with general objectives regarding projects and team goals; applies judgment in selecting procedures and techniques that should be applied. Works collaboratively in a team environment.

· Ability to effectively communicate status, actions, recommendations, and other technical information with clarity and precision. Responsive to inquiries from other engineering and business teams

Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering – would also accept Experienced CAD Designers without Bachelors with experience

· Technical aptitude for mechanical applications

· Ability to read a technical drawing

· Good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills (written and oral)

· Experience in technical service/customer service support capacity preferred
