    Job Purpose and Impact:

    As the Automation Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee governance on standards, applications, and solutions to enhance production quality, efficiency, and volume. Your role involves supervising a team responsible for automation, electrical, and instrumentation engineering, enabling strategic growth projects and enhancing organizational capabilities.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with automation, electrical, and instrumentation engineering standards and regulations. Monitor performance metrics and maintain reporting mechanisms for effective utilization of automated tools and systems. Develop and oversee tactical strategies for automation, electrical, and instrumentation engineering. Coordinate global and regional automation, electrical, and instrumentation engineering policies. Analyze and propose improvements to enhance performance and manage risk. Provide advanced support for engineering in capital projects. Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports. Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum one year of directly related work experience. Preferred Qualifications:

    Intermediate project management skills. Experience in designing and building electrical systems. Extensive logic controller programming experience. Understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies. One year of supervisory experience. Position Information:
