Job Details:
The SAP MM Ariba Analyst will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing support to Ariba processes as well as integrations with SAP ECC 6.0 Material Management Processes.
The SAP MM Ariba Analyst provides solutions to streamline operations and support business goals.
This includes configuration, end user support/training, troubleshooting issues, testing and documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Configure, maintain, and monitor the relevant Ariba components:
Sourcing
Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP)
Contracts
Buying & Invoicing (B&I)
Guided Buying
Cloud Internet Gateway (CIG)
Work with SAP to enable features and functionality needed to enhance and optimize business processes.
Proactive comprehension and readiness evaluation of periodic Ariba updates pushed from SAP.
Design systems specifications, develop, test, and implement cost effective solutions within Ariba modules.
Provide guidance to the business on appropriate use of the system.
Troubleshoot, debug, and write SAP enhancement specifications in support of current projects, enhancements,
and general support issues.
Configure and test solutions, including appropriate documentation for both Ariba and MM.
Support business users in delivery of end user training
Equipment Used and Responsibility:
Ariba

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3 + years’ experience in configuration of Ariba and SAP MM ECC 6.0.
Familiarity with ABAP coding.
Understanding of integration points between Ariba and SAP ECC.
Understanding of integration points between SAP MM and other areas modules (FI/CO/SD/PM).
At least one full implementation of Ariba.
At least one full implementation of SAP MM module.
Detail oriented, self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ASAP methodology.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of ticketing systems such as Service Now.
