As the Plant Operations Senior Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of ethanol production and operations, including safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability.

• Working with safety and quality experts to implement and monitor corporate safety policies and procedures.

• Overseeing the output, quantity, and quality of ethanol products to meet customer and food safety standards.

• Collaborating with engineering and plant management to provide input into the development of plant capital investment strategies.

• Implementing non-base capital investments for a major production area or multiple departments.

• Reviewing key performance indicators and improving site operational targets.

• Developing and overseeing operational plans and monitoring routine operations for all production processes.

• Leading and developing a team, coaching and making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of four years of related work experience.

• At least four years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments.

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

• Relevant experience with high hazard process and process safety management.

• One to two years of experience with ethanol or distillation/fermentation processes.

• Two or more years of experience with industrial maintenance.
