Job Title: EV System Test Engineer Location : Lowell MI (Onsite)

Job Description Key Job Responsibilities

Large Battery Test Equipment Project Coordination with Suppliers – Selection- Procurement-Commissioning Experience – Electrification Hi Power Systems Battery Cyclers, Thermal Chambers, Salt Fog, Vibration Shakers, Test Automation

Electrification Test Bed Development – Software driving battery cyclers, thermal chambers, and building and chamber safety EUCAR 5

Battery Testing Experience – Various Battery tests, charging discharging, c rates, Over voltage, Transients, BMS testing experience

Test Engineering Experience – Developing Battery Test Procedures, Acceptance criteria, accuracy etc.

Test Automation Experience with FEV Flex lab, Morphee, AVL Puma, A&D iTest, Python, C++, Labview

Hardware Software emulation, BMS testing, Power supplies, Eloads, simulate various loads in the loop heaters.

• Carry out system testing for Truck ECUs and systems • Testing of Electrical components for Truck's electric drive • Reproducing issues reported in field on test bench and trucks • Understand system requirements and create test cases Primary Skills • EV Testing • Good understanding of electrical architecture • Good hands-on experience in CAN/J1939 • Trouble shooting and analysing issues
