Job Title :Materials Engineer: Warehouse management, Material flow management, Location: Florence,SC

This position will provide support to the manufacturing engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have an industrial or manufacturing engineering background and have held proven ability of warehouse management and materials management Other responsibilities include: • Design robust processes (Quality, Safety, Ergonomic, Efficient, Lean principles) • Responsible for a vital part of a company's supply chain process. Manage people, systems and processes to make sure that goods are dispatched and received appropriately, and that productivity targets are met. • Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations • Ensures optimized material movement that results in increased productivity and efficiency, reduction of inventory levels as well as higher inventory accuracy • Ensure that the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities, to support the production process and meet customer demand
