Professional experience of 5-7 years in end-to-end product development life cycle including product design, stress simulation, engineering, testing and integration

Domain expertise in electro-mechanical design, mechanical automation & IoT ecosystem

Industry exposure in electrical panels, oil and gas downhole & surface equipment, structural & machine design domain.

Experience in designing special purpose machine using various mechanical driver and motion conveyor.

Sharp in performing analytical calculations & setting up various validation process

Experience in Linear static analysis, bucking analysis, thermal simulation using ANSYS

Expertise in fundamental application of engineering mechanics, stress & force calculations, and fluid dynamics calculations.

Manufacturing process exposure in sheet metal & machined components, plastic molding & casting process

Implement DFMEA, tolerance stack-up and GTOL in various downhole tool project.

Extensively used ASME Y14.5 to formulate drafting standard and practices

Advance user of various PLM tools for BOM and data management

Implement various VAVE and Continues improvement cross-domain projects.

5 Years of experience in leading design project with sizable team of engineers

Responsible to meet deadlines of project delivery within stipulated period aligning all delivery with Quality assurance process

Integrated CMMI project management Skills (Project Scope, time, Cost, Quality)

Excellent written and oral communication skills to handle client as well as other stakeholders.• Good verbal and written communication skills.
