    Job Description

    DC International is the parent company of two fast growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses:  Leatherology and Coverstore.  We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team and support our dynamic and growing business.

    JOB PURPOSE 

    The Digital Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in helping to manage performance advertising campaigns for two rapidly growing ecommerce brands: Coverstore and Leatherology. As a member of DCI’s Customer Acquisition team, you will work side by side with a team of advertising and email marketing specialists to manage, implement, optimize, test and expand our customer acquisition efforts for both brands. Your expertise and deep analytical skills will help create a digital marketing center of excellence and leverage best practices across the company.  

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Below is a list of the primary job duties and responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Analyst. The responsibilities below are meant as a guide for core job functions but are by no means exhaustive.  

    • Paid search advertising management 

    • Assist and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple ad platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon and Criteo 

    • Conduct competitive research and keyword research analysis  

    • Continually revise and optimize ad formats, bidding strategies, campaign structure, etc. 

    • Maintain and optimize data feed such as Google Shopping and other marketplace feeds 

    • Paid social and display advertising management 

    • Set up social ads based on marketing plan across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Criteo 

    • Work with marketing and graphic design teams to implement and maintain display and video ads; Provide data-driven recommendations on how to improve creative/visual design elements 

    • Monitor performance and consistently optimize ads performance, including bidding strategy, targeted audiences, ad copy and banner design 

    • Search engine optimization 

    • Use Google Search Console, SEMrush and similar SEO tools to track performance, conduct keyword research and provide optimization suggestions 

    • Work with marketing teams to analyze page content and performance to pinpoint issues and opportunities to increase site visibility  

    • Marketing analytics and reporting 

    • Generate weekly and monthly paid ads and organic search reports to identify trends and opportunities for expanding or optimizing campaigns 

    • Use Google Analytics to closely monitor site performance

      

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Minimum 2+ years in eCommerce marketing capacity 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field 

    • Strong analytical skills; Able to analyze reports and drive decisions through data; Enjoy developing measurable strategies to drive revenue results 

    • Extensive experience managing advertising campaigns, including but not limited to search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, retargeting, social advertising and programmatic display advertising 

    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 

    • Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, conversion optimization, marketing analytics/attribution, and e-commerce best practices 

    • Proficient in Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills and an outstanding eye for detail 

    • Possess excellent communication and listening skills; ability work well in teams and inspire others 

    • Demonstrate a positive, entrepreneurial attitude, high energy, and an eagerness to learn 

    • Live and breathe e-commerce; understand best practices and how to create a great online shopping experience 

    • Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS 

    The employee reports to work at the office and most of the time will adhere to a Monday – Friday, 9:00am and 6:00pm work week.  At times the employee might be expected to work late to complete outstanding tasks.  All employees are expected to work a weekend to assist with physical inventory on an annual basis.    

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

    This job requires the employee to sit, view a computer screen and type for extended periods of time.
