Through the Delta Code Software Development (DCSD) program, the DEA modernizes and sustains mission‑critical applications used across investigative, forensic, intelligence, financial, and administrative operations.The Requirements Analyst/Tester supports requirements engineering and testing activities across Concorde and legacy applications.

Enhanced Role Summary

This role gathers, documents, and manages requirements; produces user stories and acceptance criteria; supports testing; documents meeting outputs; and provides Tier 2/3 support.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement workshops and interviews.

• Document Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria.

• Maintain artifacts in Azure DevOps or GitHub.

• Support test planning and execution.

• Document meeting minutes and track action items.

Qualifications

• 5+ years requirement capture.

• 5+ years application testing.

• 3+ years Agile documentation.

• 2+ years Azure DevOps or GitHub.

• Secret clearance.

Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000
