Gatesway Foundation is looking for dedicated Developmentally Disabled Care Aides (DDCAs) to join our team and help create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for our residents.

Available Shifts:

Weekday Shifts: 8 AM – 4 PM | 4 PM – 12 AM | 12 AM – 8 AM

Weekend Shifts: Same as above

Weekend Doubles: Earn extra with Baylor Pay!

What We’re Looking For:

DDCA certification (Oklahoma)

First Aid / CPR / AED certifications

Valid driver’s license & car insurance

Clean background check & no history of client abuse/neglect
