    Job Description

    DDCM, Inc. is a growing Real Estate Development Company seeking an Administrative Assistant with the following qualifications:

    • Type 70 wpm
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • New college grads welcome
    • Well organized
    • Notary Public is a preference
    • Energetic Vibrant Personality
    • Excellent Word and Excel knowledge a must
    • Ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime when needed
    • College degree required

    Candidate should also meet some or all of these qualifications:

    • Must provide evidence of past employment and salary history
    • You must reside within 30 minutes or less from office. 
    • Ability to travel locally, proof of CA driver’s license, driving record, insurance and registration maybe required
