    About the Position:

    A growing, mission-driven community health center in north-central Iowa is seeking a General Dentist to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates, with strong clinical support and a collaborative environment.

    • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Team Structure: Work alongside 1 DDS, 2 Dental Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
    • Facility: 8 fully equipped operatories
    • Patient Volume: 12–14 patients per day (~260/month)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $170,000 – $240,000 annually
    • Sign-on Bonus
