Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Associate is responsible for:

• Manage accounting processes, generate customer invoices, record cash receipts and general management of Wholesale customer records and payments.

• Ensure revenue is properly recognized when it occurs.

• Assist in the design and monitoring of certain KPIs, including DSO, and analyze the volume/aging of invoices/invoices to be issued.

• Ensure compliance of Wholesale and E-Commerce operations with the internal procedures and suggest improvements.

• Sales Tax compliance and daily Tax duties.

• Participate in regular Finance team meetings and on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Audit, Accounting/Finance roles

• Positive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail, think outside the box and a desire to learn and grow.

• Embrace responsibility and vitality 

• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Advanced analytical skills: Big data software experience, SQL, Google Studio. Experience with Oracle JD Edwards E-one and SAP preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Lookups and PivotTables

• Able to travel within the Bay Area. San Francisco Embarcadero office and Oakland warehouse

SALARY RANGE: $65K - $90K ANNUALLY DOE
