The USA e-commerce team is one of the fastest-growing and dynamic business unit within the company. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join early and become one of the future leaders of Decathlon USA.

We are looking for sport and e-commerce passionates, eager to prove themself by showing high level of performance and utilizing their knowledge, creativity and commitment to reach ambitious goals.

You will be responsible for one or multiple sports from web merchandising, market analytics,  commercial plan to performance follow up. You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs in your sports and categories and develop adequate short term and long term strategies. 

This role will include lot's of interaction with other departments (marketing, operations, supply, logistic, finance, IT) and you will report directly to the Chief Information and e-Commerce Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• analyze sports and categories performance
• manage products and contents, SEO
• participate to commercial decisions
• analyze and debrief sales, benchmark performances
• collaborate with the offer team to capture opportunities, create sales forecasts and targets for your categories

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a category management/e-merchandising role
• Experience in creating successful online commercial strategies
• Experience selling physical goods, experience in inventory forecasting
• Experience in manipulating data, Excel/Google sheet, SQL and experience gathering and interpreting data sets from numerous sources.
• Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center and SEMrush
• Excellent organization/prioritization, problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Hands-on attitude with experience of working in smaller teams
• Good presentation skills and a knack for creating compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Curiosity and a willingness to help to get things done
• Knowledge of Photoshop could be a plus
