    We are looking for a solution-seeker, go-getter, and communication-aficionado to join our team as an entry-level sales representative. The objective of the position is to work with two of our clients, promote their products in tandem, expand their marketing footprint, and eventually develop your professional skill set to oversee and manage a new designated market.

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Develop and coordination of brand awareness, marketing, and sales strategies
    • Promotion of our telecommunications and clean energy client's products and services to target markets
    • Use a generated lead list to follow up with some customers and provide targeted product and service recommendations based off of the information listed
    • Ensure professional delivery and friendly demeanor when speaking with potential or existing clients
    • Actively participate in daily campaign meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve marketing and sales skills and stay current with industry trends

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
    • Passionate about continuous learning and development
    • High level of integrity and demonstrated experience in a client/customer-facing role
    • Goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the capacity to exceed sales quotas and outreach metrics
    • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team setting
    • BA/BS in business administration, marketing, or communications preferred

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    • Average first-year income range: $42,000-$50,000 (Performance-based pay structure upon passing training requirements)
