    We are looking for a highly organized Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to help keep deliveries, installations, and customer projects running smoothly from start to finish.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Coordinate deliveries, installations, and customer pick-ups
    • Build and manage daily delivery schedules and routes
    • Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, outsourced crews, and customers
    • Monitor deliveries and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
    • Help solve scheduling and logistical challenges in real time
    • Ensure orders are accurate, ready, and delivered on schedule
    • Maintain scheduling records and operational documentation

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong organization and time-management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • High attention to detail and follow-through
    • Adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented
    • Logistics, dispatch, scheduling, warehouse, or coordination experience preferred
    • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems
    • Customer-focused mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
