GEL-PAK:  Manufactures device carriers and films designed to protect and immobilize devices during shipping, handling, and processing.

ULTRATAPE:  Manufactures cleanroom tape, labels, and graphic overlays for critical environments.

TOUCHMARK:  Provides high-precision medical and electronic device marking services.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. Working with Delphon’s Marketing Director, the role will assist in the execution of marketing strategies and tactics for Delphon and its three divisions: Gel-Pak, UltraTape, and TouchMark.  Position can work out of either the Hayward, CA or Wilsonville OR facility. 

This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter looking to work in B2B marketing in a high-tech market. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Understand company core product offerings and work with Marketing Director to create and implement content across all platforms (printed collateral, presentations, digital media, email, pay-per-click, and social media.
• Coordinate with Marketing Director to implement marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Work with Marketing Director to execute appropriate strategies to drive website traffic and conversions through social media and online ads.
• Create, maintain and monitor online directory listings. 
• Coordinate updates and ensure proper SEO for four company websites.
• Create posts for company social media pages, monitor success, make improvements to increase page engagement.
• Track statistics for campaign performance, website traffic, email campaigns, social media and promotion performance.
• Analyze and understand customer traffic and content consumption.
• Work with email automation program to generate email blasts.
• Assist in maintaining segmented marketing contact lists.
• Support internal communication channels including company E-Board, etc.
• Coordinate tradeshow events - i.e., shipping, packing, rentals, booth assignments, etc.

EDUCATIONS/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Software platforms including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
• BA/BS in Communications or Marketing
• 3-5 years of experience 
• Spoken English.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Email Marketing programs.
• Knowledge of current SEO best practices.  Familiarity B2B Social media tactics and e-commerce platforms.  
• Strong writing capabilities.  
• Ability to work independently and wear multiple hats.  
• Problem solver
