    Job Summary:

    The HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with senior leaders and managers across client companies to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives. This role serves as a consultant and advisor to management on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance, including leave compliance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to management on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and other HR team members.

    • Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.

    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement.

    • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.

    • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.

    • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.

    •Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.

    • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Physical Requirements:

    The HR Business Partner must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, as well as lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
