    Are you a savvy social media enthusiast with a creative flair and a passion for travel? Jets.com — one of the world’s leading private aviation companies since 2008 — is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help tell the evolving story of the Jets.com brand online.

    The ideal candidate will be the ultimate student of social and digital trends, staying up to date on platform updates, best practices, and content types.

    Based at the Jets.com offices in the Boca Raton FBO (Private Airport), the Social Media Coordinator will devote 75% of their time to brand social media content creation, community engagement and management. This involves creating and curating content for the Jets.com brand accounts onsite, as well as assist with crafting and refining the overall social media strategy for Jets.com. The Coordinator will also post ad hoc professional content created by third-party agencies.

    Approximately 25% of the role involves working directly with individual sales team members to identify their value proposition and personal social strategy. The role also involves training brokers on Jets.com digital tools, teaching best practices and creating social templates for broker use.

    The candidate should have experience creating content for clients and end-consumers, helping to amplify their messaging, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through multiple social channels. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and has huge potential to grow.

    Responsibilities:

    Draw insights from analytics and help optimize and grow the brand’s following and engagement for the future
    Shoot and create original photos and videos for Instagram, and TikTok at the Boca FBO
    Provide new insights and concepts that align with the Jets.com brand and social trends
    Manage a content calendar in conjunction with other marketing team members
    Explore and vet opportunities for collaboration with potential partners and influencers
    Develop strategy and process for covering events and activations as needed
    Work with third-party agency to set up paid campaigns and targeting for private aviation executives (brokers)
    Train brokers, assistants, and other staff on standard digital media processes, brand initiatives, offerings, and platforms
    Collaborate across internal teams to develop marketing tools and social media templates to help brokers build their personal brand online and reach new prospective fliers
    Help increase adoption of internal digital tools and campaigns, and help brokers conceptualize content for those campaigns
    Identify opportunities for brokers to increase their presence on the brand’s social channels
    Lead brand social community management
    Assist with other digital marketing and content initiatives as needed

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, PR, Social Media, or equivalent
    1-3 years’ experience, preferably in the luxury, wealth, or travel sectors or at a creative agency
    Solid understanding of Facebook Business, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
    Excellent writing skills and strong presentation/public speaking skills
    Boundless curiosity and positive can-do attitude
    Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business, needs, and schedules
    Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, as well as solid knowledge of either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation
    Creative and resourceful, with the ability to shoot and lightly-edit photos and videos using a sophisticated aesthetic per company brand guidelines
    Possesses good judgment and discretion
    Some travel may be required
