Job Summary TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATOR

Full time position

$17-$22 plus per hr. determined by performance. We are seeking a full time/part time qualified and caring Dental receptionist Treatment plan coordinator to join our team! As a Dental receptionist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. The ideal candidate has a previous experience as a Dental receptionist. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!

Our office is successful, established, and has state of the art equipment. Candidate must have good knowledge of various insurances. Minimum of 1 yr experience. Candidate should also be a dependable, punctual, motivated, self starter, friendly, team player, able to manage time, and multi task. Strong background in dental coding is a plus. Also, you must be comfortable going over payment plan by using Care Credit. Compensation to be determined base on performance and experience. Responsibilities

Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable

Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have

Generate, go over, and close dental treatment plans

Care credit

Schedule appointments

Qualifications

Strong computer and data entry skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to provide high-quality patient care

32-40 working hours a week Monday to Friday, every other Sat.

Dental Customer/dental treatment plan service: 1 year (Preferred)
