About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Robert M Bagoff DMD LLC as a Dental Office Front Desk Manager! This role is perfect for an organized and patient-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment. Help us deliver exceptional patient experiences while managing the front office operations.
We are offering a competitive salary of ($55,000-$65,000) (based on experience). This position emphasizes team leadership, scheduling, and fostering a welcoming, efficient environment.
Must have at least 5 years working with Dentrix and have a good knowledge of Dental Insurance.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for patients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
Handle patient inquiries, insurance verification, and billing inquiries with professionalism.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Supervise front desk staff and provide training and support as needed.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction.
Assist in marketing efforts to promote the practice and attract new patients.
Monitor lab cases send out and returned
Requirements:
Proven experience in a dental front office or similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and staff.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
High school diploma required; additional certifications in dental administration preferred.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Leadership experience is a plus, with a focus on team collaboration.
