    Must be willing to learn, monitor, and discuss the essential performance metrics that drive a dental practice’s success. (Training provided — but comfort with data, problem-solving, and identifying trends is essential.)

    Tech-Savvy

    We use a variety of digital systems, so you must be:

    Quick to learn new software

    Comfortable navigating practice management platforms

    Confident using digital forms, analytics dashboards, and online communication tools

    Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and help the team use technology effectively

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Leadership & Culture

    Lead daily morning huddles

    Conduct weekly KPI reviews

    Provide coaching and maintain accountability

    Uphold high standards for patient care and team behavior

    Operational Management

    Oversee scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow

    Protect the schedule from preventable cancellations and no-shows

    Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, and system consistency

    Ensure effective communication between all departments

    Hands-On Support

    Must be able to step into any non-clinical role, including:

    Front desk check-in/check-out

    Phones & scheduling

    New patient onboarding

    Treatment plan coordination

    Insurance verification review

    Patient communication & problem-solving (Training provided for all areas.)

    Financial & KPI Oversight

    Monitor KPIs daily/weekly

    Assist with collections and AR workflows

    Support treatment plan presentation and acceptance

    Ensure accuracy in insurance processes

    REQUIREMENTS

    Leadership or management experience

    Dental experience preferred but not required

    Must love systems, structure, and process improvement

    Must be willing to learn and perform every role in the practice

    Emotionally mature and drama-free

    Organized, reliable, and adaptable

    Technologically confident

    Occasionally able to stay past closing as needed

    Committed to ongoing growth and professional development
