Job Responsibilities: Being a Team player is the most important attribute Maintaining manageable and productive schedules Good call conversation skills when answering patient calls, able to multi-task Recording, reporting, and tracking case presentation results Ensuring a high conversion rate and proper follow through on all case presentations Following up on pending treatment plans Communicating results and updating supervisor on progress throughout the day Managing your workflow throughout the day in efforts to work efficiently so you can complete tasks in a timely fashion Understand Dental Insurance process, billing, pre authorizations, verification, eligibility Full working knowledge Of HMO and PPO Insurance Working knowledge of dental treatments and ability to explain Able to present financial arrangements and sequence treatments Computer literate with Dental software programs
