The Opportunity
DentalQore is a practice growth and technology company that is looking for a full-time, high-energy, client-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for finding and qualifying potential clients. The SDR is the first point of contact between our company and prospective clients. Therefore, it is essential for an SDR to clearly convey the value of DentalQore's products while building trust and rapport. The SDR we seek will be a motivated, sales-oriented individual who is ambitious and potentially interested in eventually advancing into a Sales Account Executive position.
Job Description
An SDR is responsible for scheduling a time for offices located throughout the United States to listen to an online web presentation about our services. This position is the perfect fit for an organized, driven individual. You should be no stranger to making phone calls. So, the ability to communicate well on the phone is a must! We are searching for candidates who are driven to succeed and have the desire to progress within our company while working in a high-energy, team-based environment. DentalQore's SDR role is a full-time position with an annual salary of $40K — plus bonuses. How the bonuses work: Earn between $20 to $25 for each opportunity you successfully schedule. You'll also receive a 1% commission on the sales volume from any closed deal that originated from an opportunity you scheduled.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., at our beautiful office in American Fork, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and schedule 9 opportunities a month to support the Account Executive Team
- Partner with our Account Executive Team to transfer warm connections
- Consistently meet and exceed your opportunities quota.
- Provide a positive and lasting impression while you serve as DentalQore's first point of contact with prospects
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, some higher education preferred
- Excellent organizational skills to keep your pipeline clean and never miss a follow up
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to meet and/or surpass goals
- Set up high-quality meetings in which the value of the offering has been clearly explained
- Experience with articulating value propositions via phone and email
