    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The PT will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

    ** Responsibilities:**

    • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase their overall functional ability.

    • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities to help patients recover from injury or surgery.

    • Educate patients and their families on the importance of physical therapy, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment process.

    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

    • Maintain accurate and complete records of patients' progress and communication with other healthcare providers.

    • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy.

    ** Qualifications:**

    • Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients and healthcare team members.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
