Home Health Registered Nurse - 1:1 Pediatric Shift Work

Dependable Home Health is currently seeking a registered nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and knowledge of nursing skills related to complex medical conditions. The successful candidate will work one-on-one with pediatric patients and their families in a home care setting.

** Responsibilities:**

• Assess and monitor the patient's medical condition and provide direct nursing care as needed
• Administer medication and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Provide education and support to the patient and their family members
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and social workers
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
• Communicate regularly with the patient's primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team

** Requirements:**
• Current and active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN, with at least 6 months in pediatrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

** Schedule:**
The position is full-time and offers flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Shifts are typically 6-12 hours in duration and will be determined based on patient needs.
