    Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Henderson, Nevada and the surrounding areas, part-time. The PT will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

    ** Responsibilities:**

    • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase their overall functional ability.

    • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities to help patients recover from injury or surgery.

    • Educate patients and their families on the importance of physical therapy, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment process.

    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

    • Maintain accurate and complete records of patients' progress and communication with other healthcare providers.

    • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy.

    ** Qualifications:**

    • Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Nevada
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients and healthcare team members
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Possess valid Nevada driver's license & have reliable personal transportation
    • 1 year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
