• Patient Care :

• Patient Education :

* Educating patients and their families about therapy techniques and strategies for managing daily activities.

• Collaboration :

* Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and communication.

• Professional Development :

* Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Education : * Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensing : * Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Arizona.
• Certifications : * Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience : * Previous experience in home health is preferred but not required.
• Skills : * Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. * Excellent communication skills and capability to work effectively in a home setting. * Reliable personal transportation and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
