    Office Coordinator

    The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for all visitors and field employees visiting the office. This position is responsible for routine clerical matters and administrative support for the Branch Director and Regional Clinical Director.

    Essential Functions:

    · Answer high-volume, multi-line phone and provide customer service to various types of calls.

    • Schedules visits to the multi-disciplinary team
    • Establishes a weekly case conference meeting and ensures all reports are ready for the team.

    · Obtains Physician Signature on orders and Plan of Care Documents.

    · Maintains supplies, postage, and general office in an orderly and professional manner.

    · Greets and assists people when they come to the front desk as needed.

    · Separate and distribute mail and faxes.

    · Enters information into and maintains various spreadsheets.

    · Coordinates building maintenance with landlord, outside vendors.

    · Procures marketing and other media needed for business operations.

    · Ensures office supplies are procured as needed.

    · Assists with event planning.

    · Prepare communications for field staff.

    · Run reports from Industry Software as requested.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    Qualified candidates will possess the following:

    *Minimum of two (2) years’ experience preferably in-home health or health care, or graduation from a one (1) or two (2) years of business college is preferred.

    • At least 18 years of age.

    *Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    *Ability to learn Industry software system.

    *Bi-lingual for Spanish a plus!
