Dependable Nurses, Inc., our local Phoenix Branch of Dependable Health Services, is dedicated to serving the medically compromised community within Phoenix and surrounding areas. Our highly trained specialty nurses provide exceptional care, following doctor’s orders in the comfort of patients’ homes. Through support, education, and case management, we focus on decreasing hospitalizations and re-hospitalizations.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Provide home care services to high and low acuity patients.
• Complete patient assessments, follow plans of care, provide treatments, and work collaboratively with the team and families for positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, communicating changes to the RN Clinical Supervisor/DON.
• Lift, position, or transfer patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• AZ (or compact) Nursing License
• Valid Class D Driver's license
• Current BLS Certification (online courses NOT accepted)
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by AZDPS
• Article 9 Training Course
