DERIVEGLOBAL is start up organization in Automotive spare parts, and being established now and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both online and offline sales, visiting customers, building new client relationships, and contributing to the creative and innovative aspects of our business. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in daily operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Drive online and offline sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Contribute to the creative and innovative direction of the company.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations effectively.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
