The Healthcare & Life Sciences team is the Hiring Company’s largest division. The Healthcare Technology & Solutions team is a fast growing business within our Healthcare and Life Sciences Division. Our Healthcare Technology & Solutions practice is a specialized global team that supports a diverse set of exciting businesses – medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory and surgical equipment, digital health, health IT, and healthcare services.

We are seeking a seasoned Director or Manager to join our Healthcare Technology & Solutions team in San Francisco to help support the 20%-25% expected annual growth of our US businesses in the next 5 years. Typical candidates have 4 - 7 years of total work experience in consulting to or relevant consulting type roles within the healthcare space, and most will have an MBA degree from a top university

How you will create an impact:
As a member of the Healthcare Technology & Solutions team, you will be exposed to a wide variety of healthcare technology clients, products, and project types. You will build industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast paced projects. You will work closely with Partners and your project team to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve our clients’ business challenges. You will have a network of support through company training, mentorship and other initiatives.

As an experienced Director, you will have the ability to lead multiple projects or large-scale, complex projects with multiple work streams. This includes driving the team’s analytics, research, insight synthesis, development of recommendations, and socialization with client teams. Lastly, we want you to have a high degree of initiative, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate an interest in pursuing partnership in the Hiring Company.
