    The Contractor Bookkeeping Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and bookkeeping support to contractors in the Contractor Development Program. This includes tasks such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and preparing financial reports.

    Responsibilities:

    Teaching Contractors how to do all of the below by doing it for them first, then having them do it for you - Process invoices for contractors, including entering data into the accounting system, verifying accuracy, and preparing for payment.

    Track payments from contractors, including reconciling bank statements and following up on late payments.

    Prepare financial reports for contractors, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

    Provide administrative support to contractors, including answering questions, preparing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

    Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations affecting contractors.

    Other duties as assigned.
