Summary

Lead engineering support for military airdrop systems, including design, testing, integration, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and testing of airdrop systems and components. • Conduct engineering assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. • Lead technical reviews, inspections, and ensure compliance with military standards. • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field. • 15+ years direct experience in military airdrop systems. • Knowledge of Army/Air Force rigging procedures and MIL-STD compliance.
