Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE: On site position based in Camarillo, CA which involves assuming the responsibilities between customer and internal staff (engineering, Quality, manufacturing, operations and purchasing) on managing new and existing business starting from the implementation stage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Define new account requirements directly with customer, coordinate on-time project implementations between customer and DEX internal departments, manage customer relationships and support existing run-rate.

·         Manage and coordinate with other DEX activities when necessary to close opportunities, make recommendations to help save cost and increase profitability.

·         Work closely with customer on productivity projects, provide technical and professional coordination in project activities. Organizing resources and establishing priorities, develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.

·         Prepares clear, concise and informative reports, correspondence and other written materials.

·         Develop and present effective presentations to individuals and groups.

·         Prepared proposals on products ensuring that there are accurate and technically verified.

·         Coordinate on-time project implementations between customer and DEX internal departments.

·         Manage and coordinate with other DEX activities when necessary to close opportunities.

·         Make recommendations to help save cost and increase profitability.

·         Work closely with customer on productivity projects.

·         Provide technical and professional coordination in project activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

        Education:             BS/BA degree

        Experience:           Five years’ experience within or related to the program management functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

        Skills:                     Strong analytical business skills to gather, analyze and understand business metrics if key. Must be able to form collaborative working relations hips and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  

COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $70,000 annually + Monthly Bonuses
