Site Superintendent/Working Foreman We lead the area in retail restaurant finish-outs, offering a range of projects from quick, week-long tasks to extensive, months-long endeavors. We are seeking a Site Superintendent/Working Foreman who embodies professionalism and dedication. Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility required for extended hours or weekends to maintain project performance. Responsibilities: • Manage a variety of project sizes, ensuring timely and quality completion. • Maintain and represent the company’s professionalism at all times. • Regularly set, monitor, and update project schedules; present weekly performance reports. • Demonstrate expertise in a specific trade, effectively leading and managing in-house teams across various construction disciplines. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent/Working Foreman, particularly in retail restaurant finishouts. • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a complete background check. • Excellent leadership skills and the capability to plan and anticipate project needs and challenges. • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate team members. • Strong planning and foresight abilities. • Good communication and team leadership qualities. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
