    We are actively seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee a series of dynamic construction projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing short-term projects, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months, focusing on retail construction and interior finish-outs for restaurants. The projects will vary in size, typically between 10,000 to 30,000 square feet. Responsibilities: • Direct and oversee retail construction projects and restaurant interior finish-outs from groundbreaking to Certificate of Occupancy (CO), ensuring completion within the 3 to 6-month timeframe. • Efficiently manage subcontractor procurement and general labor staffing, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability. • Address urgent project needs and challenges promptly and effectively. • Conduct thorough site walks to assess progress, adherence to plans, and quality of work. • Oversee materials management from procurement to inventory control, ensuring timely site delivery. • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients and designers, to ensure project alignment and transparency. • Evaluate team and subcontractor capabilities to ensure project requirements are met. • Adhere to budgetary constraints and manage project costs effectively. Qualifications: • Demonstrable experience in managing short-term construction projects, particularly in retail and restaurant spaces. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines and construction standards. • Proficient in construction management software. • Ability to work both in a team and independently. Compensation: $80,000
