    As a Sales Representative for our construction company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Your responsibilities will span the entire sales process, from conducting project site walk-throughs to delivering compelling client presentations and managing follow-ups for a positive customer experience. This is a low-base, high-commission position with high-earning potential. Set your own days and hours, while learning and excelling in the construction industry. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. • Conduct project site walk-throughs to determine desired outcomes and Scope of Work (SOW). • Document existing conditions and communicate findings to the in-house estimator. • Finalize and assemble final proposals for client presentation. • Conduct in-person or online presentations to clients. • Manage ongoing sales follow-ups and modifications for a positive customer experience. • Hunt and source new leads while nurturing existing client relationships. • Project sizes range from $10k to $500k with durations spanning a few weeks to months. • Primarily focused on retail finish-outs. Qualifications: Sales and Negotiation: • Proven track record of meeting sales targets. • Strong negotiation skills for profitable contracts. Construction Industry Knowledge: • Familiarity with construction processes and project management. Communication and Presentation: • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Engaging presentation skills in-person and online. CRM Proficiency: • Skillful use of CRM tools for lead and opportunity management. Project Assessment and Documentation: • Conducting thorough site walk-throughs and effective documentation. Proactive Lead Generation: • Actively seeking new leads and nurturing client relationships. Adaptability and Results-Oriented: • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and industry trends. • Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Compensation: $85,000 at plan yearly
