Our startup company is looking for an assistant to the Executives. We are a startup that's seen over 500% growth over the past 2 years. While we are a small team (15-20 employees), we definitely make sure to enjoy our time at together - both in and outside the office.
What your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in reaching out to clients & coordinating schedules/meetings
- Organizing mail & helping with office administrative tasks
- Assisting with some inventory intake (less than 10% of your time)
- Ordering/Purchasing company supplies
- Run business errands (in the company vehicle)
- Fulfill reasonable requests from executive team
