JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This position will work directly with our Sales and Operations teams to build meaningful relationships within our current customer base. The ideal candidate will enjoy assisting customers throughout their project journey, including new customer onboarding, managing the life cycle of a project, business reviews, and uncovering new sales opportunities. This individual will have a passion for retaining and building strong relationships with DGS customers. Responsibilities
Client engagement for onboarding new projects, weekly status as well as all aspects of project information requirements
Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle including tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and ensure projects are on time, within budget and scope.
Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects
Participate in/lead daily project management huddles
Develop comprehensive project plans that includes project scope, milestones and deadlines to share with clients as well as team members
Submit deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Develop, foster and manage excellent communications with external and internal stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc.)
Organize and participate in client kickoff, weekly, and update meetings.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Remain current on all healthcare regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain efficient process and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Management
Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire learn new technologies
Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience in Healthcare, NCQA or CMS regulatory programs a plus but not a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
