Job Description
DGL Group, the company behind Hover-1, the #1 Hoverboard manufacturer in the United States, is looking for a dedicated, energetic person to bring our Customer Service department to the next level. You'll be assisting customers with the latest technology in hoverboards, ebikes, scooters and more. You'll have the opportunity to experience all of our products so you can be prepared to explain the features and operation to end-users.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- Experience with a customer service ticketing system such as FreshDesk, ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Zoho, HappyFox, or Salesforce preferred but not required
1-2 years in call center, troubleshooting or customer support role
Excellent oral and written communication skills, impeccable grammar
Sense of urgency and attention to deadlines and SLA’s
Committed to following a customer's case from beginning to end
Must be willing and able to ride hoverboards, e-bikes, scooters and other lightweight motorized vehicles
Comfortable in both a warehouse and office environment
Understanding of basic mechanical and electronic components preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
